End of Summer Blog

Hi- I hope you are all preparing to enjoy your last few days of summer vacation.

As for me, I will be back to school this Wednesday. Therefore, I am going to go ahead and end the blog now since I believe that it will be too much to try to keep up with this week.

I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed reading all of your comments, and I am so glad that you all were so dedicated in participating.

Thank you for your effort this summer; I am looking forward to a great school year with you!

Mrs. LeVeck

P.S. Doom- I am sorry to tell you that I just couldn't get into Dune. I did read it, but it was a great struggle. I am not a fan of Science Fiction per se, so that made it a chore from the beginning. I feel somewhat sorry for Paul, but I just couldn't get into the story completely. Thank you for being so persistent in your suggestion; maybe we will be able to find something that interests us both.

July 25, Freedom for this week!

Because I am leaving on vacation this afternoon, I am not going to post an article for you to work with this week. I am not sure about the Internet capability I will have where we are staying, so I don't know how much I could check in on your posting.

I am sure you are all terribly disappointed that you will not have to post this week. Ha ha to that I know.

Please at least keep up with local news and current events; it never hurts to have plenty of information.

Have a great week, and look forward to your next article to be posted Sunday, August 1st.

Mrs. LeVeck

P.S. Doom- I have not started Dune; however, I do have it in my possession and will try to read it while I'm on vacation.

Wow! You guys are really doing an awesome job. I have truly enjoyed reading your posts this week. Great discussion and very, very introspective comments. Well done- this has been a great week of material.

Since we were dealing with a teenage boy last week, I wanted to work from another angle. This link contains an article where the issue at hand was caused by three girls, seven years ago, when they were all teenagers. I'll be interested to find out what you think about this case.

Hi ya'll. I apologize for the delay in getting this to you. I have had an extremely poor week and haven't been able to get to the computer much.

Having said that, I do have a new article for you to read. It's about the teenage brain, and why teens are apt to make certain decisions in different situations.

The link is:

I am interested to find out what you think!

PLEASE READ

Hi ya'll.

I had some serious extenuating circumstances arise yesterday, so I will not be able to spend much time going over the blog this week.

Please know that you are not required to blog this week. If you have already done so that is fine and I appreciate your participation. If you want to blog anyway, please help yourself.

Thanks again for working with me, and I'll talk to you soon.
